So it is really, genuinely, a very exciting thing to be introducing a very small but wonderful collaboration project from Tom & James, called “We Wish You…” It is stylistically similar to a blend of Shobbrook Poolside and Jauma Audrey’s Fairygarten; light red, chilled red. They made a tiny amount and have been very generous in their supply of the wine to Queensland. The wine is 100% natural with no SO2.

We wish you is the innaugral release of the Shobbrook - Jauma colab. Tom and James, both pioneers of Australia's natural wine scene, have been working together for over a decade. As lives get busier with growing families, farms and vines We Wish You gives these two friends a great excuse to hang out regularly :)

Each year our wish to you will change. 2021 is Harmony.

Harmony is a blend of Shobbrook poolside style shiraz and Jauma carbonic grenache and cabernet realising in a wine that's fresh, full of fun fruits and very moreish.

Each vintage our wine will evolve and change. We look forward to sharing this dream with you.
