A Bendigo boy, Xavier Goodridge is a long-standing figure in Victorian wine. Having cut his teeth at Harcourt’s Bress Estate for 6 years, and annual vintages  in the Anjou and Calabria he is now very much entrenched in the local wine scene. As one of Australia’s artisans of wine, we welcome his third release under his own Xavier label. Xavier Goodridge has fast become associated with the kind of fresh, highly drinkable wines that we love to drink. His eponymous project is now rooted in a small <2ha plot of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay in Gippsland which he farms himself. The first release of these wines will be in early 2022 after an extended elevage in barrel then bottle.
