Earth (On Premise Only)
As simple as the name suggests, Earth is a wonderful little offering of, fresh, varietal wines. They showcase the dirt and the variety and nothing else. All three wines are unwooded and juicy but hold a fine line of natural acid. These aren’t plush & generous fruit bombs; these wines are elegant, finely framed and broadly appealing.
All wines are certified organic, vegan friendly and low in SO2.
